There is one thing that drives my husband crazy, and that thing is a great chocolate cake. He’s as thin as a rail, but you would never know why if you have ever seen him dive into a good cake. The chocolate cake recipe doesn’t even have to be a special one, but you can see his eyes light up like it is Christmas morning if I stumble upon and make a really good one. His favorite so far has been one that claimed to be double chocolate; though there are times I don’t understand why he likes this so much.

However, I have met a few people who guard their chocolate cake recipe like it is gold, so don’t be too offended if they decide they just don’t want to share.
